Common use of Severability; Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Severability; Conflicts. Any provision of this Mortgage, the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document pertaining to the Fixed Assets Loans which is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall as to such provision and such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions of this Mortgage, the Credit Agreement or such Loan Document pertaining to the Fixed Assets Loans or affecting the validity or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Mortgage and the terms of the Credit Agreement, the terms of the Credit Agreement shall control.
