SEVERABILITY/CONFORMITY TO LAW. SECTION 1. - Should any article, section, or portion of this agreement be held unlawful or unenforceable, as a result of any law, court decision, or tribunal determination, that article, section, and/or portion thereof shall have no further force and effect. Such decisions shall apply only to the specific article, section, or portion thereof directly specified or effected by the decision. The parties agree to meet within thirty (30) days for the purpose of negotiating a lawful alternative portion, section, or article.
