Common use of Severability; Enforceability Clause in Contracts

Severability; Enforceability. If any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed prohibited, unenforceable, or invalid, such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition, unenforceability, or invalidity without invalidating or affecting the remaining provisions of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
