Common use of Severability; Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Severability; Entire Agreement. If any provisions contained in this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any aspect, this shall not affect any other provisions and this Agreement shall be construed as if such provision had never been contained in this agreement. This Agreement is the entire Agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior Agreements. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, no changes to this Agreement are valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
