Severability; Illegality. If any portion of this Agreement is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The illegality of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the remainder of this Agreement.
