Severability; Independence of Covenants. In case any provision in this Indenture, in the Notes or in the Subsidiary Guarantees shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. Each covenant or obligation set forth herein shall be independent of the others and any waiver or consent to departure with respect to one covenant shall not be deemed or construed to be a waiver or consent to departure with respect to any other covenant.
