Common use of Severability; Integration Clause in Contracts

Severability; Integration. Every provision of this Agreement is intended to be severable. If any term or provision hereof is illegal or invalid for any reason whatsoever, such illegality or invalidity shall not affect the validity or legality of the remainder of this Agreement. This Agreement, the Transaction Agreement, the Exchange Agreement, the Pledge Agreement and the Lock-up Agreements constitute the entire understanding among the parties with regard to this subject matter, and no other understanding, agreement, statement, promise, or practice among the parties relating to this subject matter shall be binding on the parties.
