Common use of Severability; Invalid Provisions Clause in Contracts

Severability; Invalid Provisions. (a) Should a court of competent jurisdiction hold one or more of the provisions of this Agreement to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, that court shall sever the provision from this Agreement and this Agreement shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had not been set forth herein.
