Severability; Modification to Conform to Law. (a) The provisions of this Guaranty are intended to be severable. If any provision of this Guaranty shall be held invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part in any jurisdiction, such provision shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without in any manner affecting the validity or enforceability thereof in any other jurisdiction or the remaining provisions hereof in any jurisdiction.

Severability; Modification to Conform to Law. (a) The provisions Wherever possible, each provision of this Guaranty are intended shall be interpreted in such manner as to be severable. If effective and valid under applicable Law, but if any provision of this Guaranty shall be held prohibited by or invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part in any jurisdictionunder such Law, such provision shall, as to such jurisdiction, shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity prohibition or unenforceability invalidity, without in any manner affecting invalidating the validity or enforceability thereof in any other jurisdiction remainder of such provision or the remaining provisions hereof in any jurisdictionof this Guaranty.
