Severability; No Waiver. If any provision of the Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. The waiver by either Party of a breach of any provision of the Agreement will not operate as a waiver of any other breach. No delay or failure of Licensee or Bayer to exercise any right or remedy will operate as a waiver, except where specifically provided to the contrary.
