Common use of Severability; No Waiver Clause in Contracts

Severability; No Waiver. The holding of any provision of this Agreement to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction shall not affect any other provision of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement for any period of time shall not be construed as a waiver of such provisions or of the right of the Company to enforce each and every provision in the future.
