Severability Oddělitelnost jednotlivých ustanovení. If any term or condition of this Agreement, the deletion of which would not adversely affect the receipt of any material benefit by a party hereunder, shall be held illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby and such terms and conditions shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
