Common use of Severability of Clauses and Provisions Clause in Contracts

Severability of Clauses and Provisions. The Parties agree that each provision of this Agreement (including each undertaking and each part of it) shall be construed separately and independently from each other and notwithstanding that such provision and / or undertaking (or part of it) may be held by any court or competent authority to be illegal or unenforceable the remaining provisions and undertakings of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
