Severability of Lien. If the lien of this Indenture shall be or shall ever become ineffectual, invalid or unenforceable against any part of the Trust Estate, which is not subject to the lien, because of want of power or title in the Authority, the inclusion of any such part shall not in any way affect or invalidate the pledge and lien hereof against such part of the Trust Estate as to which the Authority in fact had the right to pledge.
