Common use of Severability of the Provisions Clause in Contracts

Severability of the Provisions. In the event that any of the provisions contained herein shall be deemed invalid or unenforceable, then the remaining provisions shall be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable provisions were not contained herein provided that the remaining provisions do not fundamentally alter the relations among the Parties, and the Parties shall negotiate and agree a fair revision of this Agreement so as to replace the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provisions with provisions as similar in terms to such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision as may be possible and be valid, legal and enforceable.
