Severability of this Agreement. Should any provision of this Agreement be held by an arbitration tribunal or court to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalid or unenforceable provision shall not render the entire Agreement invalid or unenforceable, and this Agreement and each individual provision hereof shall be enforceable and valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
