Common use of Severability of Void Provisions Clause in Contracts

Severability of Void Provisions. If any provision of this Agreement, or the application thereof to any Party, shall be held to be invalid or illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining provisions hereof or the application of such provision to any Party or any person or entity or any circumstance other than that as to which it is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, nevertheless shall remain in full force and effect and not be affected by such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability.
