Common use of Severability; Rights Cumulative; Waiver Clause in Contracts

Severability; Rights Cumulative; Waiver. If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, under applicable law or regulation, such determination will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement. The rights of the Bank under this Agreement are cumulative of all other rights we may have by law or otherwise. We may delay or waive any rights we have under this Agreement in accordance with applicable law. Any waiver by the Bank of any rights under any provision of the Agreement or in applicable law on any occasion will not constitute a waiver of the same or any other right or provision on any other occasion.
