If any provision of this Agreement, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement, and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby, and to such end, the provisions of this Agreement are agreed to be severable. Nothing contained in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any person not a party to this Agreement any rights or remedies of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement except that the provisions of Section 13.1 shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Indemnified Parties (as defined in such Section).
