In the remainder of this Agreement in event that jurisdiction or the validity or enforceability of any provision of this Agreement in any other is determined to be invalid, unenforceable or against public policy by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision will be null and void and this Agreement will continue pursuant to the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
