SEVERABLE PROVISION. The provisions of this Agreement are severable, and, if any one or more provisions are determined to be illegal or otherwise unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement and any partially unenforceable provision of this Agreement, to the extent enforceable in any jurisdiction, shall nevertheless be binding and enforceable hereunder.

SEVERABLE PROVISION. Each provision, section, sentence, clause, phrase, and word of this Lease is intended to be severable. If any provision, section, sentence, clause, phrase or work hereof is illegal or invalid for any reason whatsoever, such illegality or invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this Lease.

  • Severable Provisions The provisions of this Agreement are severable and if any one or more provisions is determined to be illegal or otherwise unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions, and any partially unenforceable provisions to the extent enforceable, shall nevertheless be binding and enforceable.

  • UNENFORCEABLE PROVISION In the event that any provision of this Agreement is unenforceable or held to be unenforceable, then the parties agree that all other provisions of this Agreement have force and effect and shall not be affected thereby.

  • Unenforceable Provisions If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in effect and the Parties shall negotiate in good faith and seek to agree upon a substitute provision that will achieve the original intent of the Parties.

  • Inapplicable Provisions If any term, condition or covenant of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, this Agreement shall be construed without such provision.

  • SEVERABILITY PROVISION In the event that any court of competent jurisdiction shall hold any provision of this Agreement unenforceable or invalid, such holding shall not invalidate or render unenforceable any other provision hereof.

  • Severable If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in effect to the greatest extent permitted by law.

  • Applicable Provisions Nothing in this Article is to be interpreted as a waiver of other provisions or procedures contained elsewhere in this agreement.

  • Severability of Invalid Provisions If any provision of this Lease shall be held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions hereof shall not be affected or impaired, and such remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Agreement Severable In the event that any provision in this Agreement will be held invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be severable from, and such invalidity or unenforceability will not be construed to have any effect on, the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
