Common use of Severable Clause in Contracts

Severable. Any provision hereof found by a tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be illegal or unenforceable shall be automatically conformed to the minimum requirements of law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Client agrees that the section titled Limitation of Liabilities will remain in effect notwithstanding the enforceability of any other provision herein.
