Common use of Severable Clause in Contracts

Severable. Each of the provisions of these terms is separate and severable and enforceable. If at any time any provision becomes invalid or unenforceable or is adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions and of that provision in any other jurisdiction shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
