Several and not joint liability of Shareholders. Each party hereby agrees that the representations, warranties, covenants and agreements of the Shareholders under this Agreement are being made severally, and not jointly, by the Shareholders, and no Shareholder will be liable for any breach, default, liability or other obligation of any of the other Shareholders.
