Several and not Joint Liability. For the removal of doubt, each Purchaser hereby acknowledges and agrees that any and all of the representations, warranties and covenants of the Seller or the Company are made severally and not jointly, and, without limiting any express representations made by a Party in this Agreement, in no event shall any of the Company or the Seller be responsible or liable in any way for any breach of the representations, warranties and covenants of the other Party.
