Several Liability of Business Associates. No Business Associate shall have any liability to Quest Diagnostics or any third party of any kind or nature, whether such liability is asserted on the basis of contract, tort (including negligence or strict liability), or otherwise, arising from the failure of any other Business Associate to fulfill its obligations under this Section.
