Common use of Several Liability of the Sellers Clause in Contracts

Several Liability of the Sellers. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement but without limiting in any manner the Purchaser’s express rights hereunder, all representations, warranties, covenants and other obligations of the Sellers contained herein or contemplated hereby, including without limitation those under Article I, are, and shall in all cases be deemed to be, several and not joint.
