Several Obligations of the Funds. This Agreement is executed on behalf of the relevant entities and not in the individual capacity of the individual(s) signing the Agreement, and the obligations of this Agreement are not binding upon any of the Customer’s Trustees, officers or shareholders personally but are binding only upon the assets and property of the Customer. With respect to the obligations of each Fund arising hereunder, Bank shall look for payment or satisfaction of any such obligation solely to the assets of the Fund which such obligation relates as though Bank had separately contracted by separate written instrument with respect to each Fund, and in no event shall Bank have recourse, by set off or otherwise, to or against any assets of any other Fund.
