Several obligations of the Lenders. The obligations and rights of each Lender hereunder are several and if for any reason the Borrower receives in respect of a part of a Portion an amount greater than the aggregate of the Contributions to that part of a Portion, the Borrower forthwith upon the demand of the Agent shall pay to the Agent (for the account of those Xxxxxxx whose Contributions were exceeded) the amount certified by the Agent as representing the excess of the amount paid to the Borrower over the due and proper amount of the Contributions of the Lenders actually received by the Agent.
