Common use of Several Obligations Clause in Contracts

Several Obligations. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall ever be construed to create an association, trust, partnership or joint venture or to impose a trust or partnership duty, obligation or liability between the Parties. If Seller includes two or more parties, each such party shall be jointly and severally liable for Seller's obligations under this Agreement.
