Several Obligations. The obligations of the Banks hereunder are several. Neither the failure of any Bank to carry out its obligations hereunder nor of this Agreement to be duly authorized, executed and delivery by any Bank shall relieve any other Bank of its obligations hereunder (or affect the rights hereunder of such other Bank). No Bank shall be responsible for the obligations of, or any action taken or omitted by, any other Bank hereunder.
