Severance and Change in Control Plan (the “Severance Plan”) subject to the terms and conditions of the Severance Plan and your Participation Agreement (as defined in the Severance Plan). You acknowledge that any other right to severance provided by any other agreements or promises made to you by anyone, whether oral or written, will be extinguished.
