SEVERANCE AND NON-RENEWAL PAYMENT. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, the provisions of this SECTION 6 shall not be applicable to a termination of employment pursuant to SECTIONS 7(A), 7(B), 7(C) or 7(E) of this Employment Agreement. In addition, there shall be no obligation of Employee to mitigate his damages and seek employment following the termination of Employee's employment in order to receive the Severance or Non-Renewal Payment hereunder.
