SEVERANCE AND REDUNDANCY. An employee on termination of employment on a project shall be paid bona fide severance payment equal to 10% of the employee’s gross ordinary time salary paid to the employee for the period of their continuos employment on that project even though he/she may not have worked the full period of the contract.
