Common use of Severance Benefits and Payments Clause in Contracts

Severance Benefits and Payments. Subject to the execution of this Agreement by Employee and the lapse of the seven (7) day revocation period referenced in Section 7 hereof (the “Revocation Period”) without revocation of the Agreement or any part hereof by Employee, Employee shall be entitled to receive the following payments and benefits, to which Employee would not otherwise be entitled, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement:
