Severance Benefits if Employment is Terminated in Certain Circumstances Within Three Years of a Change of Control. If, within three years following the occurrence of a Change of Control, the Executive’s employment with Invacare is terminated by Invacare for any reason other than Cause, Disability, or death, or is terminated by the Executive for Good Reason, then the provisions of this Section 2 shall become applicable in all respects and Invacare shall pay to the Executive, in addition to any amount paid or payable pursuant to Section 1 above, the amounts specified in Sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, and 2.5 on the dates indicated therein, shall provide to the Executive the benefits specified in Section 2.6 for the periods specified therein, and shall cause certain rights of the Executive (or his or her Beneficiary (or Beneficiaries), as applicable) to vest as provided in Sections 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, and 2.10:
