Severance Benefits if Employment is Terminated in Certain Circumstances Within Two Years of a Change of Control. If, within two years following the occurrence of a Change of Control, the Executive’s employment with Invacare is terminated by Invacare for any reason other than Cause, Disability, or death, or is terminated by the Executive for Good Reason, then the provisions of this Section 1 shall become applicable in all respects and Invacare shall pay to the Executive the amounts specified in Sections 1.1 and 1.2 on the dates indicated therein, and shall cause certain rights of the Executive to vest as provided in Section 1.3:
