Severance Benefits upon Involuntary Termination in Connection with and after a Change in Control. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5 above, in the event of the Involuntary Termination of the Executive within twelve (12) months following a Change in Control (the “CIC Protection Period”), subject to Section 19.9, the Company shall, following receipt of the Release required in Section 13 that has not been revoked, pay to the Executive the following “Post-Change in Control Severance Payment” in the following amounts and manner:
