Severance Benefits upon Involuntary Termination in Connection with and after a Change in Control. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5 above, in the event of the Involuntary Termination of the Executive within twelve (12) months following a Change in Control, (the “CIC Protection Period”) the Company shall pay to the Executive the following Post-Change in Control Severance Payment in the following amounts and manner: 1.
