Common use of Severance Benefits Clause in Contracts

Severance Benefits. Upon a Covered Termination, and subject to the limitations and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Executive shall be eligible to receive the benefits set forth in this Article 4.

Severance Benefits. Upon a Covered Change in Control Termination, and subject to the limitations and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Executive shall be eligible to receive the benefits set forth in this Article 43.
