Severance Date. The date which is the earlier of:
(a) the date on which an Employee quits, retires, is discharged or dies; or
(b) the first anniversary of the first date of a period in which an Employee remains continuously absent from Service with an Employer or affiliate (with or without pay) for any reason other than quit, retirement, discharge or death.
Severance Date. Employee's Severance Date is March 5, 2001.
Severance Date. Subject to Section 1.1(23)(d), the earliest of (i) the date on which an Employee retires, dies, quits, or is discharged, or (ii) the date on which he ceased to accrue Continuous Service credit as specified under the terms of the contract between his collective bargaining representative and his Employer with respect to leaves of absence or layoffs, but in no event earlier than the first anniversary of the first day of a period in which he remains absent (with or without pay) from the service of the Employer.
Severance Date. Employee’s employment with Employer will terminate effective November 15, 2003 (“Severance Date”). Employee shall receive Employee’s current salary and benefits, including payment for unused vacation, through the Severance Date. Except as expressly provided herein, all obligations of Employer to Employee will terminate as of the Severance Date.
Severance Date. Employee's employment with NPE has ended as of May 15, 1999 ("Last Day Worked").
Severance Date. Employee's Severance Date is January 2, 2002. --------------
Severance Date. XX. XXXX'x employment with GENTEX will terminate effective October 15, 2006, or on the date that XX. XXXX begins employment for another person or entity, whichever comes first. ("Severance Date"). Employment shall include self employment through consulting or operating a business in which he has an ownership interest, as well as traditional employee status as defined by I.R.
Severance Date. The date on which the Participant's status as a Manager is terminated.
Severance Date. Your last day of employment will be Wednesday, June -------------- 30, 1999 (the "Severance Date"). Except as provided elsewhere in this letter, your employment benefits will cease in accordance with the terms of the specific benefit plans at issue on the Severance Date. Notice of your rights with respect to continuation of health and dental benefits and unemployment will be provided under separate cover.
Severance Date. The parties agree that as of December 22, 2005 (the “Severance Date”), Xx. Xxxxxxx’x employment with the Company will cease.
