Severance Date. The date which is the earlier of:
(a) the date on which an Employee quits, retires, is discharged or dies; or
(b) the first anniversary of the first date of a period in which an Employee remains continuously absent from Service with an Employer or affiliate (with or without pay) for any reason other than quit, retirement, discharge or death.
Severance Date. Employee's Severance Date is March 5, 2001.
Severance Date. Subject to Section 1.1(23)(d), the earliest of (i) the date on which an Employee retires, dies, quits, or is discharged, or (ii) the date on which he ceased to accrue Continuous Service credit as specified under the terms of the contract between his collective bargaining representative and his Employer with respect to leaves of absence or layoffs, but in no event earlier than the first anniversary of the first day of a period in which he remains absent (with or without pay) from the service of the Employer.
Severance Date. Employee’s employment with Employer will terminate effective November 15, 2003 (“Severance Date”). Employee shall receive Employee’s current salary and benefits, including payment for unused vacation, through the Severance Date. Except as expressly provided herein, all obligations of Employer to Employee will terminate as of the Severance Date.
Severance Date. Employee's employment with NPE has ended as of May 15, 1999 ("Last Day Worked").
Severance Date. Employee's Severance Date is January 2, 2002. --------------
Severance Date. On the Severance Date, the Employment Agreement shall terminate (except to the extent any provisions are expressly incorporated herein within this Agreement). The Executive's employment with the Company, including all other offices and positions the Executive has with the Company and all of its subsidiaries, affiliates, joint ventures, partnerships or any other business enterprises, as well as any office or position as a fiduciary or with any trade group or other industry organization that the Executive holds on behalf of the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates, shall be terminated effective at 5:00 p.m. (Central) on the Severance Date. The Executive shall receive payment of his earned, but unpaid base salary, subject to lawful deductions, through the Severance Date.
Severance Date. Under Elapsed Time the earlier of (a) the date an Employee terminates, is discharged, retires or dies, or (b) the first anniversary of the date an Employee is absent from the employ of the Employer for any reason other than an approved leave of absence granted in writing by the Employer, according to a uniform rule applied without discrimination, provided the Employee returns to the employ of the Employer upon completion of the leave. Notwithstanding the foregoing, an Employee who terminates Service to enter the military service of the United States shall not suffer a Severance Date as of such date provided (a) such Employee's employment rights are protected by Federal law and (b) such Employee returns to employment with the Employer within the period required by law for preservation of his rights. Under such circumstances, an Employee shall receive credit for Service for his earlier period of absence. If the Employee does not return to Service within the time prescribed by law, then the date he terminated employment shall be his Severance Date.
Severance Date. Your last day of employment will be Wednesday, June -------------- 30, 1999 (the "Severance Date"). Except as provided elsewhere in this letter, your employment benefits will cease in accordance with the terms of the specific benefit plans at issue on the Severance Date. Notice of your rights with respect to continuation of health and dental benefits and unemployment will be provided under separate cover.
