Retention Period. The Engineer shall maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records and other evidence pertaining to costs incurred and services provided (hereinafter called the Records). The Engineer shall make the records available at its office during the contract period and for seven (7) years from the date of final payment under this contract, until completion of all audits, or until pending litigation has been completely and fully resolved, whichever occurs last.
Retention Period. The Consultant shall retain the following records (collectively “Records”) for a minimum of 3 years from the date of the City’s final payment to the Consultant under this Master Agreement or for any longer period required by law: • All ledgers, books of accounts, invoices, vouchers, canceled checks, and other records relating to the Consultant’s charges for performing services, or to the Consultant’s expenditures and disbursements charged to the City; and • All Work Product and other records evidencing Consultant’s performance.
Retention Period. Contractor shall create and retain all records supporting the services rendered for a period of eight years after either the completion date of this contract or termination of the contract.
Retention Period. The Recipient agrees to comply with the record retention requirements in the applicable U.S. DOT Common Rule. Records pertaining to its Award, the accompanying Underlying Agreement, and any Amendments thereto must be retained from the day the Underlying Agreement was signed by the authorized FTA official through the course of the Award, the accompanying Underlying Agreement, and any Amendments thereto until three years after the Recipient has submitted its last or final expenditure report, and other pending matters are closed.
Retention Period. The Contractor agrees to comply with the record retention requirements in accordance with 2 C.F.R. § 200.333. The Contractor shall maintain all books, records, accounts and reports required under this Contract for a period of at not less than three (3) years after the date of termination or expiration of this Contract, except in the event of litigation or settlement of claims arising from the performance of this Contract, in which case records shall be maintained until the disposition of all such litigation, appeals, claims or exceptions related thereto.

The Surveyor shall make the Records available at its office during the Contract Period and for seven years from the date of final payment under this contract, until completion of all audits, or until pending litigation has been completely and fully resolved, whichever occurs last.
Retention Period. The Technical Expert shall maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records, and other evidence pertaining to costs incurred and services provided (Records). The Technical Expert shall make the Records available at its office during the Contract Period and for seven years from the date of final payment under this contract, until completion of all audits, or until pending litigation has been completely and fully resolved, whichever occurs last.
Retention Period. The agency will retain past performance information for a maximum period of three years after completion of contract performance for the purpose of providing source selection information for future contract awards.
Retention Period. Unless earlier terminated as hereinafter provided, this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date hereof and shall end on March 31, 2016 (the “Retention Period”). This Agreement shall not be considered an employment agreement and in no way guarantees Executive the right to continue in the employment of the Employer or its affiliates. Executive’s employment is considered employment at will, subject to Executive’s right to receive payments upon certain terminations of employment as provided below.
Retention Period. For purposes of this contract only, Contractor agrees to preserve all appointment, service and financial records for a period of five (5) years after this contract expires. In addition, Contractor agrees to preserve all case files a minimum of ten (10) years from the date the case is closed for all cases except aggravated murder and Measure 11 cases. Case files in aggravated murder and Measure 11 cases shall be preserved a minimum of twenty (20) years from the date the case is closed.
