Severance of Illegal or Invalid Provision. If any term, provision or part of this Agreement shall be held illegal, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforcement of any other term, provision or part of this Agreement and this Agreement shall be construed and enforced as if such illegal, invalid or unenforceable term, provision or part had never been inserted herein.
