Severance of invalid and other provisions. If any provision of this Licence is void, voidable, unenforceable or illegal, then it is to be severed from this Licence and the remainder of this Licence will continue with full force and effect. The Licensor may modify or amend any provision of this Licence so that it is no longer void, voidable, unenforceable or illegal to place the parties in as similar a position as is possible if the provision was not void, voidable, unenforceable or illegal.
