Severance Pay Conditions. Employee shall be required to sign, deliver and not revoke a General Release substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A as a condition precedent to payment of any Severance Pay pursuant to any provision of paragraph 2 of this Agreement. Any Severance Pay shall be paid periodically in accordance with normal Company payroll practices and subject to the usual and applicable required withholdings and payroll taxes.
