Severance Payment Forfeiture for Breach. If Employee at any time breaches his/her covenants or obligations under the foregoing provisions of Sections 2.1, 2.2 and/or 2.3, Employee shall forfeit, and shall not be entitled to receive, any remaining installments of the Severance Payment otherwise payable to Employee under this Agreement.
