Severance Tuition Waiver. Contracted faculty who are retrenched or severed for health reasons at the college, after employment during four (4) continuous years, shall be eligible for a tuition waiver for an accumulated number of terms at Lane Community College. These waived terms shall be available for four (4) years after the date of their retrenchment or health- related severance. The number of tuition waived terms is accumulated at the rate of one (1) term per two (2) full years of service or equivalent (in terms of 1.0 FTE of contracted faculty, with no more than 1.0 accumulated per year).
