Sewage i. Untreated sewage must never be discharged into the harbor waters.
ii. Marine sanitation devices must be kept free of leaks and discharges. While in the Harbor, the y-valve must be in closed and locked position.
iii. Store sewage in holding tanks and dispose of sewage properly at pump-out stations.
iv. Never discharge Type I sewage while moored in the Marina.
v. Use shore-side restrooms whenever possible, rather than toilets aboard vessels.
Sewage. Tenant shall not discharge or permit to be discharged from the Premises any sewage other than that which is normal waste water for the business conducted by Tenant on, in or from the Premises. Any sewage which is produced or generated in connection with the use or operation of the Premises shall be handled and disposed of by Tenant as required by and in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws, ordinances and rules or regulations.
Sewage. To Borrower's actual knowledge, the storm and sanitary ------ sewage disposal system, water system and all mechanical systems of the Land and the Property comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations, including, without limitation, all Environmental Laws. The applicable environmental protection agency, pollution control board and/or other governmental agencies having jurisdiction of the Land and the Property have issued their permits for the construction, tap-on and operation of those systems.
Sewage. Preparation of vertical sewage pipeline for future connection of toilet unit by the customer. The location of drains and lines in deployment according to existing implementation in the field.
Sewage. The Concession Contractor shall repair and maintain all sewage lines, connections, disposal systems, and appurtenances within the Concession Contractor land assignment to the sewer collection main or as shown and/or described on land assignment maps. The Concession Contractor shall repair any damage to the sewage disposal system within assigned areas and damage occurring beyond the Concession Contractor assigned areas that results from negligence of the Concession Contractor or its employees while working or operating Concession Contractor equipment. The Concession Contractor shall maintain, repair, and replace fixtures attached to the sewage disposal system (including sinks, toilets, urinals, and dishwashing equipment).
Sewage. “Sewage” means human excrement and xxxx water (household showers, dishwashing operations, etc.).
Sewage a) Sewage may not be discharged into harbor waters.
b) Sewage must be stored in Marine Sanitation Device (MSD) holding tanks and disposed of at specifically designated public sewage pump-out stations or as otherwise appropriate. For applicable MSDs, Customer shall provide CITY access to the Vessel at least twice a year to test the MSD holding tank for leaks. This test may include injecting an environmentally approved liquid dye or pill into the holding tank to check for leaks. If a leak is detected, Customer shall immediately have the MSD serviced or replaced. Failure to take immediate action is grounds for eviction from the Marina.
c) CITY may provide the telephone numbers of commercial sewage pump out services.
d) MSD Type I and Ill devices, if pre-existing, must be discharged away from the Marina in accordance to all applicable laws.
e) Store sewage in holding tanks and dispose of sewage properly at pump-out stations.
f) Use shore-side restrooms as often as possible, rather than toilets aboard vessels.
Sewage. Currently Crop Nutrition and CAH share sewage piping and a lift station. Holding Company will assume and pay Crop Nutrition’s portion of such sewage expenses and related maintenance and repair expenses.
Sewage. 4.8.1 Sewage waste will be generated from amenity facilities used by the construction workforce and site office’s sanitary facilities. Night soil from chemical toilets will also be generated. The sludge needs to be properly managed to minimise odour and potential health risks to the workforce by attracting pests and other disease vectors.
4.8.2 The peak number of construction workers anticipated to on site by Leighton – Chun Wo Joint Venture is to be about 500 staff. As the workers will be scattered within the construction site, the most cost-effective solution will be to provide adequate number of portable toilets within the site to ensure that sewage from site staff is properly collected. Leighton – Chun Wo Joint Venture will ensure adequate numbers of portable toilets for the workforce and ensure no adverse water impacts by contracting with licensed contractors to maintain the facilities.
Sewage. The Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act of January 24, 1966, No. 537 P.L. 1535, as amended, requires that there be a statement regarding the availability of a community sewage system. A community sewage system is available to service the Property.
