Common use of Sexual and Other Forms of Unlawful Harassment Clause in Contracts

Sexual and Other Forms of Unlawful Harassment. TWCGME strives to provide training to all Fellow Physicians in an environment that is free from discrimination and unlawful harassment based on sex, gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability and any other legally protected trait. All allegations of discrimination and harassment will be promptly, thoroughly and fairly investigated in accordance with TWCGME’s policies against Discrimination and Harassment (GME Policy Manual, Discrimination and Harassment policy).
