SEXUAL DISCRIMINATION. In January 2001, a claim was filed in the Reading (United Kingdom) Employment Tribunal by a former employee alleging that she was dismissed as the result of sexual discrimination and seeking monetary compensation. The amount is not identified. The Company believes that the claim has no merit and intends to strongly defend itself against this claim. SCHEDULE 7.4 PERMITTED INDEBTEDNESS The Standby Letter of Credit issued by Silicon Valley Bank on December 12, 2000 in the amount of $5,000,000 for the benefit of Celestica Corporation. SCHEDULE 7.5 PERMITTED LIENS Existing warehouse liens, or warehouse liens that may be created in the future, that are junior and subordinate to any liens created in favor of Silicon Valley Bank. SEXUAL DISCRIMINATION. It is the policy of the Columbus Public School District to comply in spirit as well as in fact with the regulations implementing Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits sex discrimination in federally assisted education programs. Specifically, Title IX states: “No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.” Any student who has a grievance should complete a grievance form and forward it to the Superintendent. Sexual harassment in any form will not be tolerated. If violations occur, disciplinary action will be taken. Any discrimination on the basis of race, creed, national origin, sex, age or handicap will not be tolerated. The before-mentioned material items are prohibited on school property or at school-sponsored events unless authorized by proper school authorities. A student shall not knowingly possess, handle, or transmit any object or material that is ordinarily or generally considered a weapon or any look-alike or facsimile of a weapon.
